Your FAST360° dashboard on Fastenal.com gives you a clear line of sight to your Fastenal program. The My Business tool lets you visualize how Fastenal-managed inventory is organized across your facilities (including current levels within your FASTVend and FASTBin devices). You can use the My Inventory tool to locate specific product needs, and the My Spend tool to analyze the dynamics of your Fastenal spend.
For you, it means immediate answers to important questions: What is on hand, how much, and where is it located? Where are my purchasing dollars going, and what are the opportunities for improvement? Moving forward, you can add another question to that list: How is my Fastenal program impacting the bottom line? The new FAST360° Cost Savings tools provide objective answers, quantifying the value of our investment in your business in terms of service and solutions. You have access to two reporting views. Cost Savings Summary A monthly snapshot of your cost savings program. You’ll see your year-to-date savings versus your cost savings target, your savings by month (actual vs. target), and the specific drivers behind those headline numbers, from consumption and freight reduction to labor savings through our restock service. Cost Savings Project Overview
An overview of special projects you’re working on with your Fastenal team, such as product substitutions, safety inspections, or industrial services. You’ll see accepted savings for completed projects as well as projected savings for current projects, with a breakdown of each cost savings component. Your cost savings program can be tailored to reflect your priorities and goals.
Work with your Fastenal representative to define your cost savings target and the aspects of your supply chain you want to measure and improve. We’re excited to report the value we’re creating together! You might also like:
